The Brand Story:

It started with a belief. A quiet, burning, unshakeable belief that the adults of Essex deserved something that simply didn't exist yet.

Not a soulless venue with sticky floors and a DJ playing too loud. Not a clinical, transactional experience that left you feeling vaguely disappointed on the drive home. Something real. Something opulent. Something that understood that open-minded adults with sophisticated tastes and a hunger for genuine connection deserved to be treated accordingly — with warmth, with elegance, and with absolute respect.

Monkey Business was born from that belief.

What began as an intimate members venue in Wickford grew into something nobody — not even us — could have fully predicted. A community. A movement. A family of hundreds of like-minded, life-hungry individuals and couples who found each other within our walls and discovered that the lives they had quietly been imagining were not only possible — they were waiting.

In 2024 we made a bold decision. We took Monkey Business on the road.

We traded our permanent home for something more ambitious — grand manor house estates, candlelit private grounds, secret locations shared only in whispers with the members lucky enough to be inside them. The response was extraordinary. Events that became the benchmark against which everything else in this industry is now measured.

Lady Marmalade Burlesque Weekenders beneath open skies. Manor houses with private pools steaming at midnight. Intimate gatherings in secret Essex locations that felt like stepping into another world entirely.

A full year on tour taught us one thing above all else: Monkey Business is not a location. It is an experience. And that experience is unstoppable.
